Demonstrations and Pricing
Applications of our software typically require fairly substantial initial data development, user training to make effective use of the system, and may require program modifications to suit particular requirements. We deliver a fully-tested system, with an initial set of data files, and work with the client until the software has been applied successfully. This is all included in our system pricing. Consequently, it is not practical for us to offer trial versions. We will visit prospective clients to give demonstrations, or give demonstrations over the Internet using software such as GoToMeeting®. We will give budget quotations for the software or services in response to enquiries, once we know the proposed use for it and the degree of customization required, if any. HALCO Software has been used successfully by a large client base to make better decisions and improve profit margins.
About our prices: We have often been told by our clients that at first they thought our price was high, but after using our software they feel we don’t charge enough!
